Unable to install version 12

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12? 

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

I too can't download Version 12 - we originally had Version 11 that looks like it was converted to Version 12 based off another forum I read.  I have tried to Clear the content of the directory so that all temp files would be removed, I ran the Clean Up utility and cleared all the downloads in the download folder and tried to download Nitro Pro 12 however it wants me to set up manually as if I don't have an internet connection.  When I check my serial # is shows Version 12 w/zero activations and 2 activations allowed.  The user that had this serial # states her nitro shows she is in the trial mode.  

Any assistance is greatly appreciated!

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 11 and its activation servers have been shut down which is why you are getting an error message.

We recommend to upgrade to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13. 

You can find Nitro Pro 12 using our offline installers links below and activate using your Nitro Pro 11 serial number 23460x-xxxxxx-475285:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi

@AllainU - I actually have several serial #'s that were Version 11 assigned to users and now show Version 12 w/2 activations allowed - how do I need to handle this with those users?
