I have a similar problem to the initial poster.  I deactivated my prior (dying) desktop and have attempted to activate my license on a different desktop.  When I attempt to activate and enter my license number, I get a message "The serial number entered does not exist."  I have been through the online activation portal and it recognizes my serial number and states that I have two activations available.  But then there is a blank beside "Deactivate" and no devices available for me to deactivate and no way to proceed further.  I followed the directions given in the immediate prior post (unistall, reboot, reinstall), but get the precise same message when I attempt to activate my license number.

Hello @Allison Meade,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.42.3.855 OR 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574). Same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

To find out how to take a screen shot using Snipping Tool, check out this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use-snipping-tool-to-capture-screenshots-00246869-1843-655f-f220-97299b865f6b

Lastly, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
