Nitro Wont Sign In

I have this error at least 3 times a week where I attempt to sign in and all I get is an error message. Please advise

Ok screenshot wont work but it just pops up with a message saying Please try again later.

Can you please walk us through your steps?
(i.e. Are you opening a file using Nitro Pro by clicking on a file and then it opens in Nitro? Are you trying to sign in the Nitro Sign integration in Nitro? Are you using a web browser for Nitro Sign?)
