deinstallation / reinstallation - is same serial number OK ?

Hi all !

Is is possible to make first a full deinstallation of the software, reboot to make a reinstallation of the software and get a fresh soft with my serial number?

Will the serial number be taken in account after the reinstallation ?

Thank you for posting on our Community Forums!

If in the future, you would like to move your license to a new computer, or plan on reformatting your computer, I suggest you deactivate first by clicking on: Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate > Deactivate. This will allow you to reactivate on another computer.

In the event of a hard drive failure or reformat without deactivating, you can manage activations here: https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal

Hi there!

Went to the link that you provided ( https://licenses.gonitro.com/prd/portal) but nothing happens.

I clicked the deactivate button and now I am stuck with the Nitro Pdf pro licence that I cannot activate.

Please help!
