Kit TAE Posted July 27, 2021 Report Share Posted July 27, 2021 Hi My Window clashed and needed to reset so could not deactivate Nitro. I re-installed my Nitro Pro 13 and tried to activate it. Unfortunately, it said my serial number is not valid and also could not find my license. I bought this Pro 13 on June 9, 2020. Please let me know what other information you'd like to receive.
