Combined 3 jpgs and every time I get garbage.  Love to insert the result here, but I can't attach a file.

Tried to create a support ticket but it won't accept the serial number that I copy/paste right from the "About Nitro Pro" dialog.

Hello @Rob Poretti,

For the sake of initial troubleshooting of this combining issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603

If Modify button is greyed-out, please refer to this screencast that will teach you how to go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features and repair your Nitro Pro program or any application installed on your system: https://www.screencast.com/t/rvpUkq40c

If repairing didn't help and in order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.44.0.896). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.

Yea... that's a process that will have to wait for the weekend.  Thanks for the instructions!

In the mean time, what is the trick with SN's?  I copy and pasted what the software presents into the ticket system and it says wrong format.  How can it be the wrong format when both the software and the website is Nitros'?

BTW:  I had to output a PDF -  so I opened those jpgs in Photoshop, changed to grayscale  (they were back & white but had a color profile) improved the contrast and and then resaved them.  Then Nitro worked fine.  The JPEGS were obviously fine in Photoshop and in Windows photo viewer - and the web page that I got them from; just not in Nitro.
