had to reset my pc now can NOT re Download this damn program!!!  Your down load system does nor work for me!  I am needing to re download your program and all to no avail!

tried down loading from my (old) download folder and it says: nitro pro set up has failed!  Also your support page is now a joke.   s/n is 5........0 902

cleverbridge :  Your cleverbridge reference number:     I have requested from your machine way to many times even for a trial!  this does not work!

I chose your program but with all of the problems having I am having , I wonder !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Have also found your page to "deactivate"  this page is not working as it should,

 

Surely I am NOT the only one with these problems?????????????????

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

To further assist you, kindly clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

Then download and install Nitro Pro 13.45 using below offline installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13450917/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13450917/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi
