Prompt says deactivate but no indication of where?

Exactly the same problem.

Unable to activate the product that I purchased from you (v12). I am on on my new computer and unable to deactivate an existing license number to activate again. Prompt says deactivate but no indication of where. 

This is not right. Please advise ASAP.
