New HDD Reinstalled on Laptop- Activation Error

Due to the HDD error, reinstalled the New HDD. But trying to activate the Nitro Pro 7 with the same Serial Number its showing error. Please help me to resolve this issue.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 7and its activation servers have been shut down which is why you are getting an error message.

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13.  

You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer on this page and activate it with your current Nitro Pro 7 serial number 234600-xxxxxx-869473:

Hi AllainU, 

Thank you for the reply. I tried to install Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 from the mentioned link but I cannot complete the installation. The error showing "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed".

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Hello @Afsal A,

Kindly delete our .exe installer and try these offline direct MSI packages instead:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x64.msi
