OCR problem

After converting to OCR all pages in my document are blank.☹️

In order to further assist you with this rare OCR behavior, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab? This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.44.0.896). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

I was unable to post my screenshot, but the information you asked for is: Nitro Pro 13.13.2.242.

 

BTW. What does it mean if a reply is marked as Hidden? I posted the same above comment a couple of days ago, and when I just looked at it it said it was Hidden. I deleted that post and am trying again.

Thank you for sharing the exact build of your Nitro Pro 13.

With regard to the reply that is marked as Hidden, was it in a separate post? If yes, we normally set those separate posts to Hidden for properly handling and to ensure we are assisting users through the first thread.

Going back to your OCR concern, let us further troubleshoot by updating to Nitro Pro 13.46 so please use the following offline installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13460937/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13460937/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

THANK YOU!        I upgraded to the build you suggested and my problem was solved!

As to the HIDDEN issue, I believe my post was waiting for moderator approval while it was marked as hidden. It is not marked that way now, but I suspect this post will be marked that way when I click on Submit Reply.
