I'm been asked for a manual activation

Hello I have been using Nitro since October 26-2020, I just Monday I was asked to enter my serial number to activate the product, that's something I did the day I bought it, and when I enter the number I get an error saying it can connect that I have to do a manual activation and prompt's me with a Nitro Pro Activation Assistant that offers me a set of instructions to get a pre-generated certificate through a link "http://www.gonitro/activation" that I can't open from the activation script so when I put that address in my browser it get's me to a blank page that has no certificate and asked my to put the "pre-generated certificate" which I can not find anywhere.

What's Happening? and How can we fix it?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.44.0.896). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Thanks for answering, I really need to fix this.

I did the Snip, but I couldn't attached to the forum. Its installed on my laptop

It reads:

Thank you for sharing the exact build of your program.

We have received similar reports from a few users where the program is not detecting the machine's Internet connection that caused it to not generate activation certificate and to further assist you in addressing this rare behavior, kindly follow these steps:

1. Download and run our Clean Up utility to uninstall your Nitro Pro:  http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13450917/install-cleanup/install-cleanup.zip

NOTE: This clean-up tool will erase any existing signature files within Nitro so please save them to another location before using the clean-up tool in order to keep them. Please see this link for backing up custom stamps/signatures: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/stamps/000004509 

2. Clear all your downloads folder or delete all downloaded Nitro installers. This step is important because we noticed that if you are saving all the installers and you download them in the same folder (like the downloads folder), the EXE can pick up any MSI installer in that folder and you may pick-up one of the older builds instead of the newly downloaded package.

3 Download and install Nitro Pro 13.46 using below offline installers:

x32 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13460937/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x86.msi 
x64 http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13460937/en/retail/nitro_pro13_ba_x64.msi

4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 50490x-xxxxxx-157926
