Reactivating Nitro Pro12

I was upgraded to Nitro pro 12 on my computer before March 2021. Now that computer crashed  and I have another one on which I would like to install Nitro pro 12. 

Please advise process (I have retained the serial number)

Additionally, I tried reactivating  after reinstalling Nitropro12 and following the procedure. . Unable to activate, unable to get activation certificate -" failed- invalid data ". Unable to understand how or why to create a doc file and put it on a portable device!!
Very painful procedure. Please just do the activation for me. I can give my installation ID and serial number

Otherwise I will just abandon my efforts.

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

This window should show the exact build of the program (format 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Lastly, please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12.

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Please note that we no longer support Nitro Pro 8 and its activation servers have been shut down.

We recommend upgrading to our latest version, V13, which comes with significant stability and security improvements, as well as many feature enhancements, in particular in conversion and OCR functions. To upgrade to Nitro Pro 13, please visit our Upgrade page https://www.gonitro.com/pro/upgrade 

Alternatively, you can upgrade to the latest build of Nitro Pro 12. Per our Sunset Policy, https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy , we have stopped making feature enhancements to version 12 once we released version 13.  

You can find the Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 installer on this page and activate it with your current Nitro Pro 8 serial number 234608-xxxxxx-150255:

Hello

I tried to install via this site but got the message "setup failed". I tried several times even after deleting previous versions, clearing cache, etc without succss.

I wonder if the reason is that the versions listed for the 12 series stop at 12.16..6.574. Version 12.16.9.574 is not mentioned in the list

Please; I am getting rather tired and frustrated in trying to install this. 

I am not willing to spend that much money for Version 13 . I do not need its extra sophistications. Am just an Emeritus Professor at a  University.

If NitroPro is not customer-centric enough to serve its years long loyal customers and cannot keep life simple for both of us by just simply giving me a standard version with a new serial number, then so be it? It comes to the same thing for the company!!

But let me thank you for your own personal efforts to find a solution

After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your v8 serial number.

Many thanks. This time it worked!

You have been very patient in finding a solution - much appreciated.

However i would just like to leave this observation for your senior management that it would have been much less of a hassle for the client and less time wasting for its Nitronauts if this simple solution had been proposed transparently on your website.
