Leigh Myers Posted August 6, 2021 Report Share Posted August 6, 2021 I have lost my serial key as well. I can see that it is listed as 504964XXXXXXXXXXXX in the About screen. I am using v13 and I believe it is for business since several of us have licenses. I cannot submit a ticket since I only have six digits of the license number. In order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me? -The full name and address of the purchaser -The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro. -A copy of the order invoice.
