I have lost my Serial Key for Nitro Pro 13

I have lost my serial key as well.  I can see that it is listed as 504964XXXXXXXXXXXX in the About screen.  I am using v13 and I believe it is for business since several of us have licenses.  I cannot submit a ticket since I only have six digits of the license number.  I have deactivated license on one computer and need to install it on another computer.

I am afraid I am unable to find a purchase under your name or email address. In order to help you with your request, could you please provide the following information for me?

-The full name and address of the purchaser
-The email address used to purchase Nitro Pro.
-A copy of the order invoice.

If you purchased this directly through our online store, I will be able to find a record of this. If you purchased through a reseller of Nitro, you will need to contact them directly as we do not have records of their purchases.
