Expense Management Associates. Inc Posted August 9, 2021 Report Share Posted August 9, 2021 Two weeks ago my Nitro subscription was previously working fine, then inexplicably reverted to trial mode. I followed the steps per the Nitro site to deactivate my serial number then reactivate, but it didn't fix my issue. I issued a support ticket a week ago about this and got no response. Today, I deleted Nitro off my computer and redownloaded the program hoping that would solve the issue, but now Nitro wont download to my computer and I get an error message saying "Nitro Pro Setup Wizard has failed". How can I redownload Nitro onto my computer successfully? Then how can I ensure I can reactivate my Nitro subscription? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

This will also help us determine the appropriate installer version. Regarding the support ticket, I did not find a case that is associated with the email address you used to submit this forum post.
