Willis Agency Posted August 10, 2021 Report Share Posted August 10, 2021 I do not know if this is an issue with the default pdf app, Nitro or with Windows File Explorer getting log jammed or worse. When I attempt to attach a PDF through Windows File Explorer it freezes and never recovers. Does anyone know of some cache or que that might be full? I did begin having trouble with a 20MB file. That was 24 hours ago and no amount of fix available is helping. Could this have been the result of a security measure in a PDF? Any helpful information at all would be greatly appreciated.
