Brett Ragon Posted August 15, 2021 Report Share Posted August 15, 2021 (edited) Support Team: We're a small business who has purchased a 4 or 5 licenses for our small business, but I don't think we have an admin account to help manage those licenses. Recently we had to wipe a computer and we have downloaded the current version of NitroPro13. We need to activate NitroPro, but not sure which license to use. When we try to use a previous licenses number it tells us that licenses is in use. Can you please advise on this?
