Tony Mason
DOne all the following, it worked once, rebooted machine and back to where I started, it seems like this is now very much something to do with not being able to see the Nitro server, but having turned off firewall, deleted 3 nitro entries in firewall and recreated them. Still back at where I started. 1. Run Revo Uninstaller to uninstall (or delete traces from previous installations) your Nitro Pro: https://www.revouninstaller.com/revo-uninstaller-free-download/ 2. Delete all Nitro Pro installers from your machine then reboot it. 3. Download and install Nitro Pro 13.46 Business using below x64-bit package: http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_13460937/en/vlp/nitro_pro13_x64.msi 4. After installation, you can activate by opening Nitro Pro, clicking on the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate by entering your serial number 5. If step 4 did not help, go to Start > search for cmd.exe > right-click > Run as Administrator. Enter the path for 'ControlActivation.exe' located in your installation folder of Nitro Pro, then your serial number. Eg. C:\Program Files\Nitro\Pro\13\ControlActivation.exe
