We receive this error when we attempt to change the email address "Oops! Email in use Try another email address or contact support". We are in need to resolve this issue asap as the user cannot access/ review the documents that are sent to her new email address. When she attempt to access the document it prompts to switch account (which the user is unable to because we have been unsuccessful in updating the email address).
