Nitro Pro 13 Activation

Hi Team,

We have Nitro pro v13 Installed on 40 plus machines. All of sudden every machine license is changed to trial version. Definately our subscription hasn't expired. 

Our users rely on this application to perform their daily duties. Can I please request you to urgently contact me to resolve this issue?
