David Blount
Corporate version Nitro Pro v13.44.0.896. Have several users who just started reporting that when trying to add a signature to a pdf they get the following message "The selected profile is missing its private key and cannot be used to sign this document." Has been working... What fixes this please?

Brian Bloess
I have the same issue. I have deleted all signatures and built new ones. What is the fix?
Brent Bullard
I have the same issue. Nitro Pro can no longer can use Digital IDs to sign documents. I see this has happened several times before in the forum but the fix is never described. Is there a reason you will not provide forum support? Why is this still an issue? How does one fix this?
