Corporate version Nitro Pro v13.44.0.896.  Have several users who just started reporting that when trying to add a signature to a pdf they get the following message "The selected profile is missing its private key and cannot be used to sign this document."  Has been working...

What fixes this please?

I have the same issue.

Nitro Pro can no longer can use Digital IDs to sign documents.   I see this has happened several times before in the forum but the fix is never described.

Is there a reason you will not provide forum support?  Why is this still an issue?

How does one fix this?
