Nitro Pro 13.46... crashes when saving files

I downloaded the most current Nitro version 13.46.0.937, this morning hoping it would fix this issue.  When I try to save a file, Nitro freezes and I have to close and restart the app.  Same this happens when I try to print a PDF.  This started about a week after I downloaded Nitro 13.42 version on the new laptop last month.  My OS is Windows 10 vs 21H1.  I didn't have this issue on my "old" laptop, Nitro worked great.  I need help, because I'm now using Adobe reader to try and revise my pdf files, but it sucks and you can't save.  Please help!  I've been a Nitro user since 2009!!

Hello @Vicki Burlingham,

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums and our sincere apologies for this inconvenience.

For the sake of initial troubleshooting of this crashing issue, we recommend that you repair your Nitro Pro. Please reboot your computer before and after running this repair to ensure that there are no ties to Nitro still active in the background. You may refer to this article: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/repair/000004603

If Modify button is greyed-out, please refer to this screencast that will teach you how to go to Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Programs and Features and repair your Nitro Pro program or any application installed on your system: https://www.screencast.com/t/rvpUkq40c

If repairing didn't help, could you please provide the following?:

-Any changes you are aware of before this happened (e.g. Windows Updates)?
-The serial number of your Nitro Pro. To send it via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
-Are you printing a PDF to a physical printer? If yes, what is the exact make / model of your printer?

Thank you very much in advance and I am looking forward to hearing back from you.
