Anh Liu Posted August 19, 2021 Report Share Posted August 19, 2021 Hello Nitronauts, I had a problem with Nitro Pro and was advised by my IT department to uninstall and reinstall, but unfortunately I didn't take a note of the serial number. So now I'm stuck, unable to submit a ticket without the serial number and couldn't join this forum because my work place doesn't allow free trial installation from websites that they have not authorised. I've now used my personal computer to join this forum to raise my ticket. Can someone please help! My company has paid for the Nitro Productivity Suite, I have the invoice to prove it.
