I have contacted Cleverbridge and they have confirmed this. As part of my purchase it said it includes "Nitro Cloud for unlimited eSignatures". However now when I sign in it says my subscription has expired. I have checked my invoice and it doesn't not say that e-signatures will expire after a certain period of time.
