Sam Sint Posted August 24, 2021 Report Share Posted August 24, 2021 (edited) I purchased Nitro Pro V13 in April this year. Last week I had to replace my old computer with a new computer. I am unable to copy the serial number as the serial number appears with XXXX I have deactivated the previous account in an effort to sign into the new PC and activate, in case that was the problem. What option is available to activate my copy of Nitro Pro. My Reference Number is 271****** and can provide invoice details if required. Edited August 24, 2021 by Reymund G.
