Deanna Harrison Posted August 24, 2021 Report Share Posted August 24, 2021 (edited) PART OF Problem solved - I found another message for this error - I get an error message upon selecting a pdf file to open (when Nitro Pro is not already open). It says "An error has occurred within our system. Please try again or contact support if this error persists. (Error 401)" THIS PART, HOWEVER IS NOT SOLVED, but I will post elsewhere. When I try to reach out to support, they want my serial number and the only thing I have is 504994XXXXXXXXXXXX - which won't work. I searched all of my emails and nothing has my whole serial number.
