I also saw that now you need to upgrade to 13 first before I can install and activate the Nitro Pro? Can there be a consideration for now? Please install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 (12.16.9.574) so you could proceed with the activation using your existing license. The Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer can be located from the following location: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate.
