John Freeman Posted August 26, 2021 Report Share Posted August 26, 2021 I purchased Nitro Pro several years ago (2009), but can't login to my account and when I request link to reset my password, I never get a reset email (it's NOT in my spam folder either). In order to further assist you, are you trying to submit a support case because you want to reinstall your Nitro Pro program that was purchase last 2009? If yes, could you please provide its serial number so I can check its status in our licensing server? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.
