It comes up with Activate Manually and when I do what is says on the 1st step, it says to click nitropdf.com/activation, which takes me to a blank screen with Activation Certificate at top and flags in middle??? Looking at your account records, I can see multiple versions of Nitro Pro. In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 12 you are having issue activating?
