Nitro signs in but wont connect for activation and www.nitropdf.com/activation website cant be reached on any device

I cant activate my Nitro PDF Pro 12 automatically or manually.  I get "This site can't be reached" when I cluck on step 2 of 3 in Activate Manually on the Nitro Pro Activation Assistant.  What do I do?  I've been using Nitro for years and never have had this issue.

I found another forum and it worked.  It instructed me to download the newest version Nitro at:  https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads
