Stephanie Sawyer Posted August 31, 2021 Report Share Posted August 31, 2021 Issue started for all users with this product 30/08/2021 I have completed the following troubleshooting: Repair = Failed Uninstall and reinstall = No change Installed Version 188.8.131.524 = No change Installed Version 184.108.40.2064 = Cannot activate Installed Version 220.127.116.118 = Cannot activate Client does not want to pay for Version 13 as Version was working prior, can you please advise if there is any other solution to this as it appears to be a known issue without any fix?
