Nitro Pro 12.16.9.574 Crashes when Printing to kyocera printer.

Issue started for all users with this product 30/08/2021

I have completed the following troubleshooting:

Repair = Failed 

Uninstall and reinstall = No change

Installed Version 12.16.6.574 = No change 

Installed Version 12.16.3.574 = Cannot activate
Installed Version 12.14.0.558 = Cannot activate

Client does not want to pay for Version 13 as Version was working prior, can you please advise if there is any other solution to this as it appears to be a known issue without any fix?

I have the same thing. My version is the same (12.16.9.574)

Everything looks normal until I hit the print button. Then Nitro crashes.

Please inform us what to do.
