Unable to Deactivate/Activate

I have recently got a new computer and am unable to deactivate from my old pc to reactivate on my new PC. I am currently using version 12 and note that this may be the problem. 

I work for a Company and we have Nitro Pro on two computers currently but i think we each have a separate serial number as they were bought at different times, so I do not believe we have a business account with you. 

I'm at a loss as to how to get the Nitro Pro activated on my new PC, does the fee need to be paid again? Will it be the case that every time a new version of Nitro Pro comes out that a customer will have to upgrade and pay another fee?

This reinstallation is free because this license is perpetual, however, upon release Nitro PDF Pro 14 (no ETA yet), Nitro Pro 12 will be added to our Sunset Policy (https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/sunset-policy) and we will no longer support it.
