Activation

I downloaded the nitro trial version...went on holidays...came back decided to purchase Nitro Pro....I purchased it have an active serial number but it will not activate on Nitro Pro version 13. I uninstalled and reinstalled version 13....it does not allow me to put a serial number in. Sent screenshots explaining the problem to be asked the same question as the question that I asked. Very basic problem cannot be resolved. When I go into about / help and select activate key it wont allow me to do anything more. 4th day without a product I paid for. When I select activate, the offer discount that is still there to buy flashes - cant get access to enter serial number. Rubbish stuff.
