Serial number not accepted when transfering to new computer

I have deactivated my serial number on another computer, and attempted to reactivate it on a new one. Both are Nitro Pro PDF 13. The error message says " The serial number entered does not exist. Well I copied and pasted it directly from my email receipt from purchase and confirmed it was the same as the device that was deactivated, which was successful and is now in trial mode. There is obviously an error on Nitro's end. When I try to use the chat for help or submit a support ticket I am unable to and it just spins me in a loop, going back to the main page. How incredibly frustrating. I own three of these licenses which cost almost $500 and Cleverbridge offers no support at all? How can this be resolved?

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

In order to further assist you, could you please provide a screenshot of your 'About Nitro Pro' window under Help tab?

This window should show the exact build of the program (format is 12.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 12.16.9.574). The same information is available by going to Control Panel > Programs and Features.

Lastly, please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro?

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.
