I opened several support request tickets but no one answered me.
I have a problem with the activation key of Nitro pro 11, I think it sees old installations and does not let me activate the product on the new PC, please help me I don't know how to do it

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of your Nitro Pro 11? This matters because our business installers are different from the online ones.

Lastly, did you use a different email address to submit support case? We would love to further check why we are not seeing any cases submitted under your email address for Community Forum login.
