Getting product updates or upgrades

Hello,

I purchased Nitro Pro ver 13 on 4/6/2021. S/N 50490x-xxxxxx-401580. When I went to update or upgrade today I got the message that the S/N was not recognized. I believe that I should be entitled to an update or upgrade since the purchase was this year. Please let me know how to handle this issure

I believe you have entered your version 13 serial number in our Upgrade Portal that only accepts serial numbers for v12 and older versions.

In order to update to the latest build of version 13, you may visit our page https://www.gonitro.com/product-details/downloads and download the installer from there.
