Activation - nearly a week later - still cant use product

I am still unable to access and activate Nitro Pro. I sent you a screenshot again showing that I am unable to activate the serial number as directed. I have uninstalled version 13 I have deleted downloaded folder, I have used the clean up utility and reinstalled version 13 - again no joy. It will not allow me to activate the serial number. There seems to be a problem with expired trial version and the activation key.

I have been as patient as possible and I have not received any update in the last 36 hours. This appears to be a complete waste of time and your customer service is a disgrace as you do not care about your customers.

I am giving you 24 hours to resolve this for once and for all.
