Unable to activate product, unable to raise support ticket

Hi I am unable to activate Nitro 12 for 2 licences, getting a -79: Activation Error. I am also unable to raise a support ticket as I get sent in a loop and am unable to select any licences to deactivate. I have installed the most recent client.

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: 


Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
