Help Uninstalling Nitro Pro on One Device

Hello,

I purchased a package of Nitro that only allows for 2 users although I was under the impression I had up to 20 licenses.  I installed Nitro successfully on one computer after purchasing the package. I then downloaded it on another computer that I will no longer be using. I would like help uninstalling Nitro Pro on the computer that Nitro will no longer be used on. Please tell me how to uninstall the program. It added A LOT of files to my desktop upon downloading. Once that is uninstalled, I want to add it to a different computer which I cannot do until the second license is uninstalled. Thank you!

Thanks for reaching out to us!

With a single user license, you can install on a primary computer and also a secondary computer. This is to allow you access to our product whilst you are away from your primary installation. If you need to install on a third or more computers you would need to purchase additional licenses.

To uninstall Nitro, please try using the Nitro Clean up Utility (Under General Utilities) from this page: https://www.gonitro.com/support/tools
