Tylor Volk Posted September 9, 2021 Report Share Posted September 9, 2021 Hi, I had to re-install windows on my PC. My Nitro app was gone. I followed your links in the forum to download V12 of pro. I'm activating manually and the link www.nitropro.com/activation doesn't work. I tried to go to step 3 and then get a "Bad Parameter" note. Please help, I just purchased this in June 2021. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.
