Activation

I paid for Nitro Pro 12 about 3 years ago and it's been GREAT so far- better that Adobe; however, my dashboard keeps showing that my trial period has expired.  Apparently, my Nitro Pro is deactivated and I don't know how to reactivate it.  Can you help me?

We have recently upgraded our activation servers. Please install the latest Nitro Pro 12 update so you can reactivate successfully: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads

Then activate with your Nitro Pro 12 serial number.

This is no help.  I can't find my SN.  Below is all I have.  2.  This is very cumbersome.  Funny thing is that my PDF files do get an error message but when I click OK, the files open up just fine.  Where can I find the SN?

Would it be better if I just paid to upgrade to Nitro Pro 13?

The serial number you provided seems incorrect. I cannot locate that serial number from our records.

I sent you your Nitro Pro 12 serial number via direct message.
