Installing to new PC and serial # not working - tried your deactivate - did not work

on 2/11/2019 I purchased the Nitro Productivity Suite with the forever updates.  Order Reference # 16*******.  I am installing to a new PC and it says that my serial number is not valid.  I went through the searching for the SN on your site to deactivate it and it says it is not installed anywhere to select to deactivate from.... Apparently you don't have customer service and instead i have to submit an open on your forum?   That is pretty crappy user support.  I can't give you my serial number to fix this because the entire world could see it.  I need this working in the next 24 hours for a work document I need to convert by tomorrow.

i don't want this posted to the stupid community forum - i wanted to submit a support ticket but this seems to be the only way.

My sincere apologies for the inconvenience. 
To resolve this activation issue, please uninstall the existing Nitro PDF Pro on your computer then install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574.

You can find Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below and activate it with your current version 12 serial number. 
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link (not the Nitro Pro 13 link)

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using your existing serial number.
To activate, open Nitro PDF Pro then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter the serial number then click the Activate button.
