k.s. Posted September 10, 2021 Report Share Posted September 10, 2021 (edited) on 2/11/2019 I purchased the Nitro Productivity Suite with the forever updates. Order Reference # 16*******. I am installing to a new PC and it says that my serial number is not valid. I went through the searching for the SN on your site to deactivate it and it says it is not installed anywhere to select to deactivate from.... Apparently you don't have customer service and instead i have to submit an open on your forum? That is pretty crappy user support. I can't give you my serial number to fix this because the entire world could see it. I need this working in the next 24 hours for a work document I need to convert by tomorrow.
