Please uninstall the Nitro PDF Pro 13 then install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574 You can find Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 installer from the link below and activate it with your current version 11 serial number. https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. JILL LAFOUNTAIN Posted September 15, 2021 Report Share Posted September 15, 2021 I've had 2 systems in as many days that all of sudden are saying TRIAL EXPIRED even though licenses were purchased and have been running fine for over 2 years. One is Ver. 9, one is Ver. 10. What's going on here? When I try to reactivate using purchased serial nos., I get an error. I understand NITRO has changed how they activate. Old serial number's activation servers have been shut down. Thus, any new activation or deactivation attempts on these versions will no longer work. You can continue using your existing serial numbers as long as you install the latest build of Nitro PDF Pro 12 which is 12.16.9.574 The installer for that build can be located from the following location:https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using your existing serial numbers.
