Opening files from mapped sharepoint drive takes forever to load

I have a user that when she tries to open any documents from a mapped sharepoint drive it takes way too long to open. A progress bar will open and it will take 5-10 minutes to open. Files locally will open immediately. The user is on version 13. This is a brand new install and is the latest version. Anyone have any idea's how to fix this?

In order to further assist you, could you please provide the serial number of the Nitro Pro and  what build of Nitro Pro is the user working with? You can find this out by clicking on 'About Nitro Pro' under the Help tab (format is 13.XX.X.XXX, e.g. 13.46.0.937) or you can go to Control Panel > Programs and Features. 

To send them via private message, hover your mouse on top of my name 'AllainU' and select 'Message'.

Lastly, is their SharePoint on premise or online?
