Error when installing

I cannot activate Nitro 12 

I am switching to another computer

I've read that the activation page has changed with the new client
"https://www.internetactivation.com/ECOSYSTEM/ActivationServer/tiactivate/default.aspx"
Is that true? what is the new page? will i be able to update from my current client but using the new web or do i need to install a new more up to date client? in that case i need you to provide me with an enterprise client that is not a downloader.

Thank you for reaching out to us through our Community Forums!

Activation servers for old serial numbers have been shut down and migrated to an updated licensing server.  Thus, any new activation or deactivation attempts on the old installations will no longer work. 

The activation workflow remains the same (Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate) as long as the appropriate version/build is installed. 
If you have a version 12 serial number, please ensure that you install the latest build which is 12.16.9.574. The installer for that version can be located from the following location: 

https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link (not the Nitro Pro 13) 

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you can activate by going to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro > Activate. Enter your version 12 serial number then click the Activate button.

Thanks, now I know that I need to install the new client, I tell you, for the previous version I have an installer that is not a downloader and weighs 120Mb, the problem is that if I use the downloader that you have in the download area ... in company these things are usually blocked by proxies / firewalls / etc..

Is there a way to download an installation package of version 12 that is not downloader?

When I go to install nitro_pro12.exe when the installer starts to download the software... it gives error and closes.

I need the non-downloader version or the msi version to try to overcome this problem.

my serial is: 234600-xxxxxx-795381

You can install Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574 using the offline msi installer. Here's the direct download links to the installer:

32bit - http://install.nitropdf.com/professional_12169574/en/retail/nitro_pro12_ba_x86.msi

Please let me know how the installation work using the offline msi installer.
