Darren Anderson Posted September 15, 2021 Report Posted September 15, 2021 My computer hard drive has recently given up and I have now have a new computer. I am unable to get my Nitro Pro working again on the new computer using the product Serial No. I understand that Pro 11 is not supported anymore however I am happy with it and do not want to upgrade if possible - It does everything I need! As it was working fine up until the H/D issue, is it possible to just have it deactivated then reactivated on the new computer?
