Bonnye Westphal Posted September 16, 2021 Report Share Posted September 16, 2021 (edited) We have multiple licenses for version 11, and also purchased a couple more licenses for version 13 last year. I have a new laptop that I cannot get ANY version (with corresponding serial) to activate. During troubleshooting I even used the cleaner utility from your site for each version that had been attempted on this machine. I ran the script as administrator also. Beyond frustrated and would like something actually helpful. Even my IT vendor cannot get anywhere with all of your KB articles and tools.
