Re-activation failing

Hi,
After switching to new computer I am not able to activate my Nitro 12 Pro licence.
I have deactivated Nitro on the old computer. When putting in Installaton ID and Serial on the activation portal I get the message : Invalid data.

Please advise how to proceed.

Please check which version and build is installed on your computer by opening the software then go to the Help tab > About Nitro Pro. 

If you see that you are not on Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, please install that by downloading the installer from the following location:
https://www.gonitro.com/nps/product-details/downloads - Click the 'Download Nitro Pro 12' link 

After installing Nitro PDF Pro 12.16.9.574, you should be able to activate using your version 12 serial number. 

If the activation issue persists, please provide your serial number.

Hi @Reymund G.,

I had an old build and after downloading 12.16.9.574 I was able to activate. Thank You.

However, now a different issue has turned up.
 When launching Nitro i get this message:
An error has occured within our systems. Please try again or contact support if this error pesists. (Error 401).

Do you know what the error message is related to and how to solve it? I can pass it by pressing OK, and the Nitro starts up as normal.

Hello @Bjørn Jacob Lind,

Please perform the following and see if it resolves the error:

1. Open your Nitro PDF Pro then close the 401 error message if it shows up. 
2. At the top right, click the Logout then close Nitro Pro.
3. Open Nitro PDF Pro then click the Login button and login using your Nitro Sign account. 

If you are interested to upgrade your license to the latest version (version 13) with a discounted price, you can do the upgrade through our online upgrade portal at https://www.gonitro.com/support/upgrade
