Ted Bush Posted October 14, 2021 Report Share Posted October 14, 2021 Andy, have you checked to see if Outlook has disabled the add-in? This has happened with several of our users, and Outlook flat-out refuses to stop disabling the add-in. Nitro's solution is a very subpar "edit the registry" fix that is light on details.
