I purchased on license because it said online I could have up to 20 users with one license. I am finding though that I need to have an Enterprise subscription where as I have an Essential one. I do not recall during purchase being given the option/choice of either. I have now read that I can only assign users with the Enterprise subscription through the Admin portal. There is no admin portal/function on Essential so I can not assign users. I have tried contacted support but to no avail as I am not a VIP support member. And up until this point, I have not been able to find a telephone number for support services to try and have these situation remedied. Does anyone know how I can fix the type of plan I have from Essential to Enterprise? Or what, if any, the support number is to try and speak to someone who can help?
