Hello when I look for my licience number it brings me to  BUSINESS so the program is corrupt , I want to try uninstall it ask me for administrator ,

The problem i have are to convert word to PDF is blurred ,and when i try to change pdf to power-point is changes to video

any suggestions Thanks

Please send us some screenshots of what you are seeing on your end.

Nitro has the ability to convert PDF to Powerpoint. Can you please send us your step by step process so we can understand the issues you are getting?

Checking the application there is a power point application on the Installation  that I have ( which says to convert PDF to power-point click here ? send me a link to send the screen shots

How to find serial number on platform gives only first 6 digits . how to rectify causes for blurred imaging,  , how to solution convert to power point on version 13 upgrade  Appreciated help asap Thanks

Regarding the conversion quality, please refer to this article for some suggestions: https://kb.gonitro.com/knowledgebase#/search/quality/000004089

Usually, using the Print-Ready settings gives the best conversion quality. But it differs from file to file so it will be best to test different settings with your files to get your desired results.

- What exact version of Nitro you are using. You can find this information by opening Nitro. Go to the Help tab, then click About Nitro Pro.
- Your specific step by step workflow so we can replicate this on our end
